Hi  everyone,

It's been a while since I wrote in my blog but I had my reasons. Firstly, I was working on my own books which I sadly don't yet plan to translate into English. Secondly, I was very busy working for EKSMO Publishers - Russia's biggest publishing house - who asked me to help them launch their latest project: the LitRPG.

Basically, the LitRPG is a new science fiction and fantasy genre set in the virtual reality worlds of MMORPG - the massively multiplayer online games. I had several LitRPG series successfully launched in Russia, helping Russian readers to discover several new bestselling authors. One of them was Dmitry Rus whose books now sell very successfully on Amazon. But today, I'm going to introduce another bestselling Russian LitRPG author: Vasily Mahanenko.

I met Vasily as we were preparing his manuscript for publication, and it just so happened that I became his literary agent. I really didn't expect my literary career to take such a turn. Very soon, I'm going to start uploading the first chapters of his novels here. In the meantime, I want you to enjoy the cover of the first book of his Way of a Shaman series. So far the original Russian version of the series contains six books and we plan to have them all translated into English. A lot will depend on the readers' reaction, of course, because translations demand a lot of time and investment.

But that's not all. Very soon I intend to introduce you to the books of yet another bestselling Russian writer whom I now represent as an agent, the author of several mind-blowing MMORPG space sagas. Allow me to keep his name secret for now. You can try and guess it if you wish - or just be patient. But once you start reading his books, I assure you you won't be able to put them down.
